โจรปล้นโจร เรื่องราวของโจ (เป้ อารักษ์) และเมย์ (คิทตี้ ชิชา) กำลังจนตรอกเมื่อโจป่วยเป็นเนื้องอกในสมอง เมย์นำเงินที่แม่ของเธอทิ้งไว้ให้ไปแลกที่ร้าน The Exchange แต่กลับกลายเป็นว่าเงินเหล่านั้นกลายเป็นเงินสกุลที่เลิกใช้ไปแล้ว ทั้งคู่ตัดสินใจปล้น ทว่าเมื่อถึงวันที่ลงมือกลับกลายเป็นว่ามีกลุ่มโจรอีกกลุ่มบุกเข้ามาและจับพนักงานร้าน ลูกค้า รวมถึงโจและเมย์เป็นตัวประกัน กลุ่มโจรบอกว่าต้องการแค่เงิน และจะไม่ทำร้ายใคร แต่คำพูดเหล่านั้นจะเชื่อได้จริงหรือ โจต้องการจะหนีออกจากสถานการณ์นี้ แต่เมย์กลับมองเห็นช่องทางที่จะขโมยเงินต่อจากโจรอีกที ในพื้นที่ปิดตาย ที่คน 13 คนติดอยู่ด้วยกันนั้น ไม่อาจตอบได้ว่าสุดท้าย ใครจะเป็นคนที่อันตรายที่สุด
